Below is the steps of adding seat after the confirmation.
Step 1: You have to login into you udChalo account with registered email id or phone number and click on 'My Bookings'.
Step 2: Once you have clicked on my bookings then you can select the booking in which you want to add the seat.
Step 3: Once you have selected the booking then click on 'Show More'.
Step 4: In the next page you will be able to get the an option of 'Add+'.
Step 5: Once you have clicked on Add you in the next page you will receive the seats available. Once you select the seat click on 'Continue'.
Step 6: In the next page you have to make the payment for the seat and the seat will get added to your booking. You will get the confirmation on your email id and phone number.

Below are the steps to make the changes in the travel date through udChalo profile.
Step 1: Login into your profile through your registered email id or phone number with udChalo.
Step 2: Once you are login go to your profile select My booking option.
Step 3: Select the flight for which you want to make the changes in the Upcoming flight column.
Step 4: Once you select the flight for which you want to make the changes, then select Reschedule option in the bottom of the page.
Step 5: In the next Step you have to select the New Travel Date and click on Reschedule.
Step 6: In the next page, you will receive different flight options. Select convenient flight and click on Book now.
Step 7: The changes will be made successfully and the new ticket copy and confirmation message will be shared on registered email id and phone number.
Step 8: Once the changes are done you can check new PNR under My Booking.
Step 9: You will receive the new ticket copy on your Email ID and confirmation on your phone number.

If the booking gets fail, the amount is always added to your udChalo credit. You can reuse that amount for the same booking or for any other future booking.

Yes, you can book travel for infants under two years of age on udChalo.com. Make sure they have valid documents when they’re checking in and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult.
To avail of infant fares, the infant must be under 2 years of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. This includes both outbound and returns journeys. If the infant is 2 years or above on the return journey, you need to make a separate booking using a child fare.

Below are the steps to book a ticket from udChalo.
Step 1: Firstly you have to 'Login' into your udChalo account.
Step 2: Once you are logged in your account the click on 'Fights'
Step 3: In the next page you have to enter the 'Travel Details' according to the requirement.
Step 4: In the next page you will get the option to select the flight. Select the flight as per the requirement.
Step 5: In the next page you will get the flight details. Click on 'Continue to add travelers details'.
Step 6: Enter the traveler details and click 'Proceed to Pay'.
Step 7: Select the 'Payment Mode' as per the convenience and make the payment by clicking in 'Pay Now'.
Step 8: The booking will be confirmed and you will receive the confirmation on phone number and email. You can also check your booking details by clicking in 'View Details'.
Step 9: You can check the flight confirmation and flight details.

A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travelers, you need to make a separate booking for additional travelers. Or you can also request us for a group booking through the group booking option available on our portal.
